1. Overview

Warm Presence offers non-clinical, non-intimate companionship and emotional support sessions for women. These sessions are built on presence, confidentiality, and mutual respect.

By using this website or engaging in any services provided by Warm Presence, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Nature of Service

  • The service offered is not therapy, coaching, medical treatment, or counselling.

  • No physical intimacy, romantic activity, or any conduct outside of appropriate, respectful companionship is included or implied.

  • Sessions may involve conversation, walking, shared meals, or time spent in relaxed presence, depending on the client’s preferences.

 

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service.

  • This service is designed for women seeking emotional presence and connection in a safe, non-clinical setting.

 

4. Bookings and Cancellations

  • Introductory meetings are offered free of charge and carry no obligation.

  • Bookings for paid sessions are made by mutual agreement via email or secure form.

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.

  • In cases of late cancellation or no-show, the full session fee may be charged at the provider’s discretion.

  • Clients are responsible for covering any expenses directly related to a session, such as meals, event tickets, or activity fees.
    Travel costs to and from the meeting location are normally included when the appointment is within approximately one hour’s travel of my current location.
    Engagements beyond this distance, or in another region or country, may involve additional transport or accommodation expenses agreed in advance with the client.

 

5. Conduct and Boundaries

Warm Presence maintains strict personal and professional boundaries at all times. Any behaviour that compromises safety, respect, or appropriateness will result in immediate termination of the session, with no refund.

 

6. Confidentiality

All sessions are conducted in strict confidence. Personal information shared during contact or sessions is never shared or disclosed, except where required by law.

7. Photographs and Privacy
Some of the images on this website are AI-generated likenesses based on real photographs of me.
They are used to protect personal privacy while accurately reflecting my appearance.
Clients can always verify my identity through a video call or in-person meeting.

 

8. Liability

Warm Presence is not responsible for any decisions, emotional outcomes, or actions taken by clients before, during, or after sessions. The service is not a substitute for professional therapeutic or medical care.

 

9. Website Use

All content on this site is for general informational purposes only. Unauthorised use, copying, or distribution of site content is not permitted.

 

10. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated occasionally. By continuing to use the site or services, you agree to the current version.

 

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from use of the service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
