Refund & Cancellation Policy

Warm Presence is a highly personalised, time-based service. Time is reserved exclusively for each client, and as such, cancellations and refunds are handled with care and clarity.

1. Introductory Meetings

A complimentary 1-hour meeting is offered to ensure mutual comfort before any paid sessions are booked. There is no charge and no obligation following this meeting.

2. Cancellations

  • 24 hours or more notice: You may cancel or reschedule without any charge.

  • Less than 24 hours notice: The full session fee may apply, unless the cancellation is due to an emergency or exceptional circumstance, at our discretion.

  • No-shows: Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.

3. Refunds

  • Once a session has begun, no refunds are provided.

  • If you cancel with sufficient notice (see above), you may choose to reschedule or request a full refund.

  • Prepaid multi-session packages (such as Confidence Companion) can be partially refunded on a pro-rata basis if sessions have not yet been used.

4. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to a session, we will still do our best to offer the full experience within the time available. However, additional time may not always be possible and no refunds or partial credits are issued for missed time.

5. Cancellations by Warm Presence

In the rare case that a session must be cancelled on our end, you will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to reschedule at no additional cost
