When people think of wellness, they often picture yoga mats, green juices, or expensive retreats in the hills. But to me and to many of the people I meet, wellness can be something much simpler. It can be presence.
Not performance. Not perfection. Just the feeling of being in the company of someone who listens, understands and doesn't expect anything from you.
That’s really the heart of what I offer through Warm Presence. It's not therapy. It’s not romance. It’s something in between; a quiet companionship that helps people feel more grounded, more at ease, more themselves.
Most of the women I support are independent, thoughtful and full of character. Many have made the brave move to start a new life in Portugal or Spain, either for the lifestyle, the culture or the space to breathe. But even with a beautiful view and a full calendar, there can be moments when real connection is missing. Especially when your long-time friends or family are far away.
That’s where I come in, as someone you can share a walk with, have an honest chat with, or just enjoy a slow, sunny afternoon beside. Sometimes we laugh, sometimes we talk about things that matter and sometimes we simply share the silence.
I believe presence is wellness. And it doesn’t have to be complicated.
If you’re feeling the need for more company, more warmth, or just a reminder of what it feels like to be really seen - I’m here. This is what Warm Presence is all about.
